As the vice president of Aptos Surgery Center, Mr. Haley is responsible for all operational aspects of the one-operating room ASC, which maintains an annual budget of just under $1 million. The surgery center achieved AAAHC accreditation and had a net positive cash flow six months after opening, and every quarter thereafter.
He has experience managing vendor contracts, budgeting, governance and strategic planning. He provides general supervision of clinical and administrative protocol and works with clinical staff to ensure safety and quality at the center.
Mr. Haley earned his degree from the University of New Hampshire, Peter T. Paul School of Business & Economics.
