Dr. Hasan specializes in treating Barrett’s esophagus, endoscopic resection of small and large bowel polyps and small bowel endoscopy in addition to many others. He is board-certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Hasan completed a residency in internal medicine from the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City where he served as chief resident of internal medicine. He went on to complete a gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Oklahoma. He additionally completed an endoscopic ultrasound fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Fla. Dr. Hasan completed an advanced endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
