Ms. Walsh. is the chair of the McGuireWoods’ Healthcare Department and focuses primarily on corporate healthcare transactional work and regulatory matters.

Mr. Stroup has accumulated over 16  years of experience in surgical center development, healthcare investment banking as well as management consulting.
