Construction has already begun on the OSU Wexner Medical Center’s Jameson Crane Sports Medicine Institute. The project, first proposed two years ago, was approved at a cost of $35 million. Trustees approached the OSU board to request an additional $10 million for a surgery center, according to the report.
The surgery center would house four operating rooms and 19 pre- and postoperative rooms.
