Tenet offers $500M+ in private senior secured, unsecured notes

Tenet Healthcare is offering $500 million aggregate of newly issued senior secured notes and $1.9 billion of senior unsecured notes.

The net proceeds from the offering will be used to repay the $400 million aggregate principal amount of term loans and general corporate purposes.

A portion of the proceeds may be used as payment of the cash consideration for the joint venture with United Surgical Partners International.
