Orange Regional Medical Center plans ASC, MOB

Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown, N.Y., is planning a new, five-story medical office building and ambulatory surgery center, according to a recordonline report.

The project, pending state approval, could break ground this summer, according to the report.

The new facility is expected to be 152,770 square feet and cost between $40 million and $50 million.
