Wade Rosenburg has been named CEO of the surgical center. While giving no timeline for it, Mr. Rosenburg said the center is likely to expand in the future, in order to accommodate larger procedures and to admit more patients.
Mr. Rosenburg estimated that the center would take in about 20 patients a day and be open two days a week.
