The company will pay $73.2 million for Gastroenterology Anesthesia, a provider of anesthesiology services to gastroenterologists. CRH, which saw spike in shares after the announcement, will finance the deal through cash it has on hand, in addition to senior and subordinated credit facilities from Knight Therapeutics.
CRH Medical focuses on commercializing and marketing the CRH O’Regan System for hemorrhoid treatment.
