ASGE awards Lafayette General Endoscopy Centerquality certification

Lafayette (La.) General Endoscopy Center earned a Certificate of Recognition for Quality in Endoscopy from the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, according to a report by The Acadiana Advocate.

The center is located on the campus of Lafayette General Medical Center, its corporate partner, and it includes three physicians. The center has received the three-year certification since 2009. The award recognizes a commitment to patient safety and quality, according to the report.
