Takeda Pharmaceuticals USA President Doug Cole to step down

Takeda Pharmaceuticals USA President Doug Cole is planning to leave his position at the end of the fiscal year in March or once a successor is named, according to a Crain’s Chicago Business report.

According to a company spokesperson, Mr. Cole is leaving to explore his options. He has worked at the company for 22 years and served as president for the last three. He served as senior vice president of sales for six years before being named to current role.

 

Takeda Pharmaceuticals USA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company, based in Japan, and currently markets metabolic and cardiovascular, respiratory and immunology, central nervous system, oncology and general medicine pharmaceutical products.
