The center is a collaboration between unnamed physicians and SurgCenter Development, though the report names Jason Reed, DO, an orthopedic surgeon who is part of physician practice Joint Implant Surgeons, as one of the physicians involved in the deal.
SurgCenter officials said the project is not far enough along for public comment, according to the report.
