The $15.8 million, 22,500-square-foot orthopedic center is unique, because its design integrated staff ideas for work spaces to maximize efficiency, according to the report. The orthopedic center includes eight orthopedic subspecialties, including foot, ankle, knee, hip, shoulder and spine care and is staffed by fellows-hip trained physicians, according to the report.
The one-day services center is a 10,000-square-foot surgery unit with 26 patient rooms. The system will hold an open house for both center components Saturday, Sept. 27, according to the report.
