The 7,000-square-foot Fairfield Surgery center was developed by the Orthopedic Specialty Group in 1999. The center includes two operating rooms and performs approximately 1,400 annual cases. The center offers ankle, knee, shoulder, elbow and wrist procedures.
With this acquisition, National Surgical Hospitals now owns interests in and manages eight ambulatory surgery centers and 13 surgical hospitals across the country. The company primarily focuses on facilities driven by orthopedics, spine, pain management and neurosurgery.
