Customers indicated several issues that The Joint Commission felt “may have not been sufficiently evaluated during the standards review process,” according to post on the Ambulatory Buzz blog.
As a result, the organization will collect further research on documentation or radiation dose, equipment performance evaluation, radiologic technologist minimum qualifications and requirements related to California’s CT law, according to the post.
