AmSurg Executives Sell 26.5k Shares

Christopher Holden, CEO of AmSurg, has sold 3,000 shares of company stock, according to WKRB News & Analysis report. David Manning, executive vice president of AmSurg, has sold 23,500 shares of company stock, according to a Mideast Times report.

Mr. Holden’s stock sold at an average price of $47.37 per share, for a total transaction of $142,110. Mr. Holden now owns 285,198 company shares, which are valued at approximately $13.51 million.

Mr. Manning’s stock sold at an average price of $48.55 per share, for a total transaction of $1.14 million. Mr. Manning now owns 108,203 company shares, which is an estimated value of $5.25 million.

Both transactions were disclosed in filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
