Managing Partner and Medical Director of Mississippi Vision Correction Center and Eye Surgical Center of Mississippi Brannon Aden, MD, recently discussed her career trajectory, 2005 opening of the new center and thoughts on leadership with the Mississippi Business Journal.

Dr. Aden’s father, William Aden, MD, founded the ophthalmology practice in 1974, which Dr. Brannon Aden joined in 2000. Since opening their new facility in 2005, they have tripled the size of their business.

In the article, Dr. Brannon Aden shared her leadership philosophy: “If I can take care of patients to the best of my ability while always being focused on their needs first, then everything else will take care of itself.”
