American Society of Anesthesiologists asks CMS for hardship exemptionsASA is also asking for an exemption in implementing drug-to-drug and drug-to-allergy interaction checks. These requested exemptions are aimed to help anesthesiologists reasonably achieve meaningful use and share meaningful data, according to the report.
