Mr. Hall has served as executive chairman of Titan Health, a venture-backed enterprise partnering with ASCs that successfully merged with United Surgical Partners International in 2011. He also served as president, chairman and CEO of ASC Network, which was purchased by HealthSouth, and president of Medical Care America, which operated outpatient surgery centers in the United States.
“David will provide Compass with guidance in the areas of governance, capital structure, operations, financial management, hospital partnerships and opportunity assessment,” said Compass Surgical Partners co-founder D.J. Hill, in a news release. “We are excited and looking forward to him helping us take Compass to the next level.”
