New Texas Informed Consent Rules & Anesthesia Consent Form

The Dec. 16 edition of the Texas Register will include a new rule for Chapter 601 — Informed Consent. The rule, which will include changes to List A and B and a new anesthesia consent form, will be effective on Jan. 16, 2012.
