CMS reported the figure on Tuesday, while reminding beneficiaries that open enrollment for 2012 ends on Wednesday at midnight. CMS said Medicare savings average approximately $554 per person in the state, with around 564,000 Tennesseans with Medicare taking advantage of free preventive coverage.
