According to the report, the hospital was cited for failing to provide care to the patient after operative or high-risk procedures and/or the administration of moderate or deep sedation or anesthesia.
The hospital was also cited for a number of other issues, including lack of planning around patient care, failure to conform to fire and smoke prevention requirements and failure to safely prepare medications.
