Dr. Bellotti was involved in an Oct. 7 traffic altercation with a 41-year-old woman, during which Dr. Bellotti allegedly told the woman he was an off-duty police officer. He allegedly said he had a gun in his vehicle and threatened to arrest her.
Dr. Bellotti is charged with a Class 1 misdemeanor that carries a maximum penalty of 12 months in jail.
