Lifestyle Healthcare Group has purchased a former state police barracks and driver’s license testing center in Bensalem with the intention of starting construction on the outpatient center next year.

In addition to the surgery center, the facility would include a breast cancer, cardiology, female urology and gynecology.

Construction still requires approval by the township council, according to the report.
