Dr. Hurley specializes in problems related to the eyelids, tear ducts and orbits, and he performs cosmetic surgery of the eyelids and face.
He earned his MD for the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and completed an ophthalmology residency at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. He then completed a fellowship in orbital & ophthalmic plastic surgery in Milwaukee.
