Justin Lee held privileges at Phoenix Children’s Hospital and was arrested by the FBI in 2009 in connection with an interstate child pornography ring. He pled guilty last September to sending or receiving child porn.

Barring an appeal from Mr. Lee, the unanimous Aug. 10 vote by the Arizona Medical Board becomes final Sept. 15.
