Deadline Day: 50 States' Stances on Insurance Exchanges

Today is the deadline for states to decide whether they will run state-operated health insurance exchanges or default to federal exchanges.

States that are leaving their exchange to the federal government still have until February to decide whether they will operate under a federal-state partnership, although some states have already made that decision.

Here are the decisions as they stand, with statuses from Florida, Michigan and Utah yet to be confirmed.
