Here are five updates from the past week on ASC management companies.

Tenet Healthcare's ambulatory net operating revenue totaled $442 million, a 37.3 percent increase from $322 million in the second quarter last year.

Physicians Endoscopy appointed Greg Roth to its board of directors on the heels of Kelso's acquisition of the company. Mr. Roth is the founder and partner of Guidon Partners, a company dedicated to helping organizations strengthen their bottom line.
 
Nobilis Health and Healthcare Financial Solutions expanded their credit agreement to $36.6 million. Nobilis owns and manages five ambulatory surgery centers and four surgical hospitals.
 
Hospital Corporation of America appointed Heather Rohan as president of its TriStar Division, which has facilities throughout Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia.
 
Nashville, Tenn.-based YWCA named AmSurg CFO Claire Gulmi to its 2016 Academy for Women of Achievement. Joining AmSurg in 1994, Ms. Gulmi is the company's executive vice president, chief financial officer, director and secretary.
