Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin to open new orthopedic surgery center: 4 things to know

Here’s what you should know.

1. The center will initially focus on orthopedic and podiatric surgery.

2. The center is 7,800 square feet and features two operating rooms. It is adjacent to LifeCare Hospitals of Wisconsin.

3. The Froedtert and Medical College of Wisconsin health networks will operate the new surgery center jointly with Aspen Orthopedics, a physician group seeing patients at the center. Medical College of Wisconsin will have physicians servicing the center.

4. This is the fourth outpatient surgical center for Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin.
