Amerinet to Host Webinar Series on EMR and Meaningful Use Compliance

Amerinet, a national healthcare group purchasing organization, has announced it will host a five-part webinar series on electronic medical record technology and achieving compliance of government meaningful use criteria.

 

The complimentary "Meaningful Knowledge for Meaningful Use" series begins July 13 at 2:15 EDT with "Meaningful Use: The Trojan Horse of Healthcare Reform." It is presented by health reform research practice leader Bryant Hoyal from Maestro Strategies, and will be focused on providing an overview of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act and the impact of this new legislation on the day-to-day operations of healthcare facilities, according to an Amerinet news release.

 

The series continues on Sept. 13 with "EMR Best Practices to Achieve Meaningful Use: From Selection to Implementation."

 

The series is offered by Amerinet along with Inquisit, its strategic education partner.
