Dr. Dennis pleaded guilty in March for fraudulently charging the U. S. Department of Labor’s Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs for services he claimed to provide to workers after Hurricane Katrina that were never rendered. The false claims amounted to more than $102,000 in charges to the program, according to charges against Dr. Dennis.
He will also serve two years of probation.
