CDC Offers Recommendations for New Flu Virus

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention made diagnostic and treatment recommendations for a new avian influenza A (H7N9) virus reported in China.

As of April 4, 14 people from four different provinces in China have been infected; all patients were hospitalized with severe respiratory illness, and six people died.
