When Do You Think it is Time to Open and Equip Additional Operating Rooms in an Existing Surgery Center?

2. Anonymous: When you are at 85 percent full on your schedule, and have run out of open block time, it is time to look at an additional room and additional equipment.

The additional equipment and staff should be justified with revenue in that room to be re-cooped within a year’s time or less.
