West Virginia’s Raleigh General Hospital Opens Surgery Center

Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, W.V., has opened its new $8 million ASC, according a report from The Register-Herald.

The new ASC includes endoscopy and a technologically advanced OR, according to a report from WVVA.

“Nothing is more important to West Virginia than quality accessible healthcare and I believe Raleigh General is providing just that by expanding to provide outpatient services,” said Gov. Joe Manchin in The Register-Herald report.

The opening of the ASC completes a $30 million addition funded by parent company LifePoint.
