Victory Healthcare Names Surgery Center Veteran Cheryl Spencer CEO of New $70M Surgical Hospital

Cheryl Spencer, a veteran of the ambulatory surgery center industry, has been appointed CEO of Victory Healthcare’s new $70 million surgical hospital being constructed in Fort Worth, Texas, according to a Dallas Business Journal report.

Ms. Spencer helped open Clear Fork Surgery Center, a joint venture between physicians, Symbion and Harris Methodist, in Fort Worth and served as the center’s administrator for 10 years. Prior to working with Clear Fork Surgery Center, she served as nurse manager for Plaza Day Surgery in Fort Worth.

The new surgical hospital will be a 75,000-square-foot facility with eight operating suites, three procedure rooms and 25 inpatient suites.
