Central New York Eye, which is located in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., will become part of Mid-Hudson on June 1, according to the report. The eye group also owns its own ASC.
Hudson Valley, located in Red Hook, N.Y., will merge with Mid-Hudson on March 1.
