3. Gastroenterology: $495,000
4. Urology: $464,000
5. Noninvasive cardiology: $441,000
6. Dermatology: $420,000
7. Anesthesiology: $404,000
8. Otolaryngology: $402,000
9. Pulmonology/critical care: $399,000
10. Hematology/Oncology: $393,000
