5. Ventilator disconnections.
6. Patient-handling device errors.
7. “Dose creep” in diagnostic radiation exposures (whereby radiation exposure levels are increased by clinicians over time in order to achieve better image quality.)
8. Robotic surgery dangers.
9. Cybersecurity problems.
10. Recall and safety alert management.
