Azalea was ranked in the 99th percentile in its region, which includes Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.
The survey measured several factors including the concern for patients’ privacy, sensitivity to patients’ needs, waiting times, communication of delays and quality of care, according to the report.
Azalea, which had ranked in the 94th percentile the past three years, aimed to reach the 95th and exceeded their goal by reviewing data from previous years’ surveys and identifying areas for improvement, according to the report.
