Tenet short interest increases by 38.7%

Tenet Healthcare short interest increased from 5.73 million shares on Jan. 15 to 7.95 million shares on Jan. 30, according to an Ashburn Daily report.

The change was measured at 2,220,515 shares or 38.7 percent. The days to cover are four, given the average daily volume of 2,039,515 shares. Tenet managed gains of 2.84 percent in the Feb 11 trading session. The volume for the day was measured as 1.55 million shares.

The 52-week high of the shares is $63.61 and the 52-week low is $37.95, according to the report.
