Data gathered by Sharecare and the Little Blue Book examining the practice management habits of 1,190 physicians across 75 specialties found that 59 percent are currently using desktops for electronic prescribing and accessing patient health records. Just 35 percent of physicians reported using laptops, while 20 percent use smartphones and 12 percent use iPads.
