VMR Express is an electronic medical forms generator and document imaging solution designed specifically for use in ASCs and surgical hospitals.
In addition to the implementation at the USPI facilities — 17 ASCs and six surgical hospitals, including three Dallas/Forth Worth-area USPI-managed Baylor hospitals — Surgical Notes has implemented the VMR Express application in collaboration with nine other national ASC and surgical hospital management and development companies.
