Mr. Martin has more than 28 years of healthcare management experience, according to a news release from SMP. He most recently held the position of COO in the physician services division for Nueterra Healthcare. Mr. Martin was previously VP operations for Nueterra, which included management responsibilities for clinical excellence, operational efficiency and profitability of 25 ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals.
