Mr. Smith will be clinical subject-matter expert for SIS’s acquired company, AmkaiSolutions, an ASC medical record company.
Mr. Smith was previously director of clinical services for Surgical Management Professionals and has served in various administrative positions in the ASC industry, according to a news release.
