The new systems – the Optima XR220amx, Optima XR200amx and Brivo XR285amx – are more compact than earlier versions. They are designed for point-of-care scans of patients unable to get to the radiographic room.
The Optima XR220amx, for example, can take up to 45 exposures per hour and features a battery that lasts three hours on a single charge. The 10-pound device can support up to 330 pounds of distributed load for overweight patients.
