Study: Less Than 0.2% of Employees Leave Due to Mandatory Flu Shot Policy

In four years, less than 0.2 percent of healthcare workers have left their job due to a mandatory influenza vaccination policy at a hospital, according to a study to be presented at the 40th Annual Conference of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., June 9.
