In a study presented at the International Conference on Prevention & Infection Control in Geneva, Switzerland, researchers at the Medical College of Wisconsin and the Ernst Moritz Amdt University in Germany found that a perforated antimicrobial surgical glove was successful in diminishing microbial passage compared with single or double-layer gloves.
