The ASC’s office manager is accused of allegedly using one of the surgery center’s accounts to pay multiple credit card bills totaling almost $100,000.
The office manager and another employee are also accused of opening a credit card account in the ASC’s name and using it to make purchases of more than $1,200, according to the report.
Both employees were released on unsecured bond.
