Soma will select an economically challenged hospital in each country Soma visits for a trade show or medical equipment consultation to receive a donated piece of medical equipment.
Soma ‘s Dr. Maria E. Cazco, regional sales director for Latin America, will select the hospital and work with Soma’s directors to select not only the hospital to receive support, but also an appropriate piece of medical equipment to best serve the needs of the facility.
Soma recently donated a refurbished defibrillator to a hospital in Panama City and will make a donation when the company visits Santiago, Chile, in June.
