The Shavano Park (Texas) City Council has approved a plan by First Surgical Partners to develop an ASC in the city, according to a report by SA Communities.
The Council voted to change a zoning restriction allowing patients to stay in the facility for up to 96 hours.
An existing office building will be converted to house the ASC, which will offer orthopedic and spine procedures.
