RWJF to Provide $3M to States in Future of Nursing Initiative

A new $3 million initiative by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation aims to strengthen states’ efforts in promoting nursing.

The Future of Nursing State Implementation Program will provide up to $150,000 over two years to 20 state-based Action Coalitions that have made “substantial progress” in implementing the Institute of Medicine’s recommendations on the future of nursing, according to the news release.
